The Cohort exists to break down the barriers to progress marginalised groups experience. We do this by providing direct access to high-value networks, for the perspectives, and support to thrive in careers, business and life.

Working in partnership with select communities and organisations, we deliver mentorship and coaching programs as well as bespoke events and activations.

If you share our heart, and want to become a partner, reach out to our Head of Impact Amy here.
